1. Data Collection

DYAGNOZ is designed with a "security-first" architecture. We collect minimal hardware-level data required to perform accurate diagnostics. This includes device identifiers (IMEI/SN) used for blacklist checking and component serial numbers for authenticity verification.

  • Hardware component serial numbers
  • Battery health metrics and cycle counts
  • System sensor feedback logs
  • Blacklist status from global databases

2. Data Erasure Protocol

All data erasure operations performed via DYAGNOZ software follow strict international standards, including DoD 5220.22-M and NIST 800-88. Once a device is "Certified Erased," no software or hardware-level recovery is possible.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell user or device data to third parties. We only transmit identifying information to official regulatory databases to perform necessary blacklist and activation lock checks as part of the diagnostic pipeline.
